Her role in the game is to be the informant. She will be helping Neon Johnson to navigate through the different districts by giving him directions and providing clues previously left by Neon Smith.
Physically
The Oracle has no physical presence in the game. At all times her representation will be a phone booth or a letter.
What is heard is her voice, which is the soft voice of a young woman.
Backstory
The oracle was one of the young women awarded a scholarship to work within the government forces to control the flow of illegalities within the network. Once inside she met Agent Smith, who was always willing to help her with all her doubts.
As the winner of a scholarship for the best criminology record, the burden placed on her from the start was unbearable, even with experience. The Oracle was always very introverted so it was hard for her to ask for help despite how stressed she was, but Smith always had a knack for seeing when someone was in trouble.
From then on they did everything together and Smith taught her everything she knew. The Oracle was aware that she was doing missions behind the organization’s back, but she didn’t mind because she knew Smith was doing everything for the greater good. But on the last outing she made on the organization’s tail, she disappeared and was presumed dead.
From that moment on La Oraculo leaves her post to dedicate the rest of her days to search for the truth behind Smith’s disappearance and death.
During the plot
Objectives
Find out what took Smith’s life and end what she started.
Main conflict
Her biggest barrier is her experience. She is a good hacker but the further they advance through the network the harder it is for her to keep Johnson safe and follow Smith’s leads.

- She constantly tries not to let her feelings make her make rash decisions.
Motivation
Her love for Smith and justice.
Character evolution
Over time The Oracle opens up more to Johnson about her feelings for Smith. She also makes more and more effort to go about stopping the controls of the bots that Johnson has previously defeated, so that it does not hinder them again.
